A common question asked by many performance enhancers is how much of a particular hormone should I use and while there is not always a cut and dry answer there are guidelines we can follow. With certain anabolic steroids the dosing range can vary quite dramatically; for example, the primary anabolic steroid Testosterone, its not uncommon to see doses that range from 200mg per week to 1,000mg per week and even more at elite levels. However, when it comes to Winstrol doses we have a steroid that normally doesnt carry such a wide range and one of the few anabolic steroids where dosing can be pretty close to the same for most individuals. As we will see Winstrol doses are normally quite consistent and very easy to figure as this is a very simple anabolic steroid to use. In-fact, we wont see a wide birth of changes that vary with each purpose.
Winstrol Doses for Bulking:
The anabolic steroid Stanozolol, most commonly known as Winstrol or Winny is for most men a poor choice for bulking. The Stanozolol hormone is not well-suited for building mass; highly anabolic and very slightly androgenic this is a steroid far more apt for strength and cutting. Due to its ability to dramatically lower SHBG it could be used in a bulking cycle as a means to make other hormones more efficient, increase free testosterone and even solidify gains to a stronger degree but most will find other steroids to be far more beneficial in the long run; this truly is one of the few steroids we may aptly label a cutting steroid. For those who choose, Winstrol doses of 50mg per day might add a little to a bulking cycle at the tail-end providing benefits as discussed but generally speaking it is not our best option.
Winstrol Doses for Cutting:
Without question Stanozolol is far more beneficial to a cutting cycle than it is a bulking cycle and many gym rats and competitive bodybuilders supplement with this steroid for just that purpose. Standard Winstrol doses will generally fall in the 50mg per day range for 6-8 weeks with some individuals choosing to go as high as 100mg per day for the entire duration of use. This is a bit of a high dose and can be fairly stressful to the liver as it is very hepatic and can further really curve your lipid profiles in a negative way. We can however make an exception with a higher Winstrol doses but only in short term fashion but it can be very useful. Winstrol doses of 100mg per day for the competitive bodybuilder the last 10-14 days before a competition can be very useful and as this is a very short period of time the liver and lipid issues are not as great of a concern. Many competitive bodybuilders will supplement with the Stanozolol hormone at 50mg per day for 6 weeks and then increase it to 100mg every day right before a show for the last two weeks to really add an additional level of hardness to their physique.
Winstrol Doses for Athletic Performance:
Enhancing athletic performance is perhaps the Stanozolol hormones greatest attribute as it will lend to a stronger and faster athlete without bringing too much cumbersome additional size. Standard Winstrol doses in this case vary more so than in any other category and can often be as little as 20mg-25mg every other day. While such a low dose will not have a strong pronounced effect on the physique like cutting doses will it will provide the athlete the bump he is looking for. While such a low dose is not uncommon far more common is dosing of the 50mg range and on an every other day to every day basis depending on the athlete; generally 4-6 weeks of use is a very standard protocol for Winstrol doses that meet this purpose.
Female Winstrol Doses:
Stanozolol is one of the few anabolic steroids female athletes can use with not only success but in an often highly well-tolerated manner. Standard Winstrol doses for almost any female athlete will fall in the 10mg per day range and while this may seem low, as women are more sensitive to the hormone it will provide the benefits they are after. Some women in physique sports will go as high as 20mg every day but this really opens the door to potential virilization effects and is not recommended. If 10mg per day is not enough to provide what you need the athlete might want to consider other steroids as part of a cycle or stack; other solid options for the female performance athlete often include Anavar, Primobolan Depot and many of the SERMs and thyroid hormones as well as HGH.
Winstrol Results

Popular among bodybuilders and athletes of all types this is one of the few steroids that can actually be used safely by women. Athletic Winstrol Results:

The Stanozolol hormone greatly preserves lean muscle tissue and strength and this is a wonderful trait while on a calorie restricted diet; the more muscle you can hang onto while dieting the greater your metabolism will be and the better youll look in the end. Further and of an even more worthy note, Winstrol results in a much harder physique and one that is more vascular as well. This can be a very nice trait but one needs to understand you need to be at a lean state already for it to have any true noticeable effect.
In the world of competitive bodybuilding Winstrol is often used during a contest cycle, especially the latter half and often at a higher dose during the last two weeks. As body-fat levels are already low during this period this enables the physique to have a harder appearance both visually and even to the touch. When bodybuilders couple this with other hardening agents such as Trenbolone or even to a degree Masteron you have a physique if lean enough that is very hard to beat.
Winstrol Results for Women:
Winstrol results for women can be quite amazing and it generally only takes a very small amount; 10mg per day is often just about perfect for any woman. Further, as women are more sensitive to anabolic steroids in general they will actually get more out of the Stanozolol hormone in-terms of growth than a man ever will so it could be effectively used for a bulking or off-season period with far greater effectiveness. Even so, as is with a man it will be general athletic performance and the cutting phase most woman will find the steroid most useful.
It is very important to note; there is a risk when a woman supplements with anabolic androgenic steroids and Winstrol makes no exception, it simply carries with it a lesser probability when used responsibly. Some women may experience symptoms of virilization but most will not if their dose is kept low and those who do can simply discontinue use as soon as symptoms show and they will be fine. Winstrol Stacking for Athletic Performance:
For the majority of athletes who supplement with the Stanozolol hormone they are not doing so for a visual affect but rather one that is functional. In this case their cycles will generally be of a milder nature and it is not uncommon for Stanozolol to be the only hormone used; common plans are often 50mg every other day to every day depending on the athlete. However, such use will suppress natural testosterone production to a degree and for this reason many athletes are urged to supplement with some form of exogenous testosterone. As many athletes are worried about testing they may find Testosterone-suspension at a dose of 25mg-50mg every day to suffice along with their Winstrol. Yes, you can still fail a test but the detection time of Testosterone-Suspension and Oral Winstrol tablets is rather short:

Even so, if you have a trusted method of purchase you will find this to be one of the better anabolic steroids you ever use as it is highly effective when used for the correct intended purposes.
Winstrol Tablets 101:
Stanozolol is an anabolic steroid that is available in both oral and injectable form; the injectable being known as Winstrol Depot. In either case you have the same active hormone that performs the same action within the body in the same fashion. In the case of Winstrol tablets you have the Stanozolol hormone that has been altered at the 17th carbon position making it a 17-alpha alkylated (17-aa) anabolic steroid pill. Without such an alteration to the structural change the hormone would not survive ingestion and would be destroyed before it ever made it to the blood stream. You can obtain the same identical results from either one; if you want to run a cycle that includes 50mg per day and all you have are 10mg tablets simply take 5 10mg tablets per day; its not exactly brain surgery here. However, many women will often find and prefer 10mg Winstrol tablets as this is a very convenient form, as 10mg per day is often the recommended dose for the female athlete.
Winstrol Tablets Purpose:
The Stanozolol hormone generally has two well-served purposes, increasing athletic performance and aiding the individual during a cutting cycle. This is a steroid that will greatly aid in increasing strength and this can be translated into physical power as well as speed. In-fact, this may very well be one of the most important athletic anabolic steroids ever created as it is perfect for this purpose and will not add a lot of weight; something many performance athletes of certain sports do not want. Further, Winstrol tablets have a much shorter detection period; they are only detectable for 3 weeks after use is discontinued whereas the injectable form is detectable for approximately 2 months.
